Flights which are cancelled or delayed over 3 hours may be eligible for compensation under EC Regulation 261/2004 ( other than for weather or extraordinary circumstances). The information I have provided is correct to the best of my knowledge. Loganair Limited reserves all rights in relation to any losses suffered or payments made as a result ( whether directly or indirectly) of any false or misleading statements made in support of this claim. I understand that false or misleading statements may give rise to criminal liability on my part. I am the passenger I can confirm that I have the full permission and authority to make this claim on behalf of all other named passengers within this booking.
